Important shipping update: Canada Post strikeUpdated a month ago

We’re aware of the ongoing Canada Post rotating strike and want to reassure you that we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

To help minimise potential delays, we’ve adjusted our shipping methods. Orders going to metro areas will continue to be shipped via Canada Post, while regional deliveries will be handled through Sendle.

While some Canada Post deliveries may experience minor delays, we’re monitoring the situation closely and will update you if anything changes. For the latest updates, we encourage you to follow Canada Post. 

If you’re planning to shop for gifts, we recommend placing your orders early, ideally during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period, to allow plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. Please note that our Black Friday/Cyber Monday offers are available exclusively on our website and not applicable at Canadian retailers.

If your order takes longer than expected and you no longer wish to keep it, no worries — we’ve extended our return window to 60 days. You can find full details on our returns policy here.
