Orbitkey accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you change your mind about your purchase, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In resalable condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
- If an item you're returning comes with a free gift, please return it too.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, the 30-day return window begins from the date your order is delivered.
Please note:
- Personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned.
- Items purchased from a third-party retailer must be returned to the retailer directly.
How do I return an Orbitkey product?
- Submit a return request
- US customers can initiate their return through our Returns Portal.
- You can choose to return your items for a refund or a store credit, which can be applied to your next purchase.
- After completing your return request, a prepaid return label will be provided. A return postage fee of US$9.90 will be deducted from your refund.
- Canadian customers can contact our team with their order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll provide a prepaid return label, and the CA$9.90 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
- US customers can initiate their return through our Returns Portal.
- Refund and store credit will be processed as soon as your return is in transit back to our warehouse.
Please note that we're unable to refund foreign transaction or international processing fees associated with currency conversion on credit card transactions.
If you don't receive your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days after returning the item, please contact our team with your order number and the tracking number/proof of postage so we can look into it for you.
