Returns
Changed your mind or made an error during your purchase? No worries; we have all been there! For the holiday season, we’ve extended our return window to 60 days from the purchase date to give you plenty of time. All we ask is that the items are returned unused, in resalable condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return, US customers can submit a request through our Returns Portal, where a prepaid return label will be provided (the return postage fee of US$9.90 will be deducted from your refund).
For customers in Canada, please contact our team with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll provide a prepaid return label (the return postage fee of CA$9.90 will be deducted from your refund).
If you received a gift with your purchase, please ensure it is also returned in good, re-sellable condition.
If you purchased an Orbitkey product from another retailer, please reach out to them directly. For pre-ordered or back-ordered products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
We are unable to accept returns for personalised, monogrammed items.
We are also unable to refund foreign transaction or international processing fees associated with currency conversion on credit card transactions.
