Can I change my order?Updated 6 months ago

If you need to change your order, please email us immediately, and we will try our best to help you! 

  • Change of shipping address: If your order has been processed at our Fulfilment Centres, we are no longer able to make any changes to your address and are also unable to re-route them as they would've been shipped out already.  
  • Change of order (ordered the wrong items): Once the order is confirmed, we are unable to change them. However, if your order has not been processed at our Fulfilment Centres, we can cancel your order and issue a refund. After that, you can place a new order with the correct items/details.
  • Change of mind/exchange of items upon receiving your order: You have up to 30 days from the original purchase to do so. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees for the returned item(s). Refund requests can take up to 10-30 days and will only be for the cost of the product, not for any shipping fees.
