Shipping location/warehouses
We ship our North America and Canada orders (from www.orbitkey.com) from our Utah warehouse.
* Packing and processing time will take 1-2 business days.
* If an item is on backorder/pre-order, we will only ship your order when all items become available. This is part of our efforts to minimise our carbon footprint.
Shipping time
Depending on your location and the warehouse where your order was shipped out from, our estimated shipping time can take up to 30 days.
Standard shipping from:
- USA is via First Class UPS (with tracking service and delivery confirmation; shipping time: 2-7 days)
- Canada is via AppleExpress, CanPar, and Canada Post.
* Note for Canada: Taxes and Duties are included in the RRP.
Do you provide Express shipping?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. We're very sorry about this!
If you need our product(s) urgently, we have retailers worldwide. You can locate one near you here.
How long does domestic shipping take?
For the US, domestic standard shipping usually takes 3 -7 working days, depending on your location.
Please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing time.
For Canada orders, please note that the package will come from Utah, US first. Then domestic shipping will take over after sorting + customs clearance.
