Shipping location & fulfilment
We'll always try to ship your order from the nearest available location. Orders placed on orbitkey.com are generally fulfilled from our local fulfilment centres in California and Ontario.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with tracking information sent within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
- Occasionally, your order may be dispatched from another fulfilment centre if it means we can get it to you sooner or if the item is currently in stock there. Either way, you'll receive your order as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, we'll ship everything together once all items are available to help reduce our carbon footprint.
- If your order includes monogramming, it will be processed at our fulfilment centre in China before being dispatched. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing. Learn more about our monogramming service here.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We currently offer the following standard shipping services:
- USA: USPS - Ground Advantage (with tracking and delivery confirmation). Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
- Canada: Canada Post, Sendle or Canpar (with tracking and delivery confirmation). Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
Do you provide Express shipping?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. We're very sorry about this!

How long does domestic shipping take?
Our fulfilment centre will take 1-2 business days to process your order. After that, domestic standard shipping will take 3 -7 business days, depending on your location.
