Shipping location/warehouses
We ship across the US and Canada from our local fulfilment centres in California and Ontario.
- We typically dispatch within 1-2 business days.
- To reduce long wait times, back-ordered items may be shipped directly from our international fulfilment centre rather than our local fulfilment centre. Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days, allowing us to avoid the additional 4–5 week transfer time between fulfilment centres and get your order to you sooner.
- If an item is on pre-order, we will ship your full order once all items are available. This is part of our efforts to minimise our carbon footprint.
Shipping time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We currently offer the following standard shipping services:
- USA shipped via USPS - Ground Advantage (with tracking and delivery confirmation). Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
- Canada shipped via Canada Post, Sendle or Canpar (with tracking and delivery confirmation). Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
Do you provide Express shipping?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. We're very sorry about this!

How long does domestic shipping take?
Our fulfilment centre will take 1-2 business days to process your order. After that, domestic standard shipping will take 3 -7 business days, depending on your location.
